Picked from a pre-selected Executive Committee in the region, the Central Organising Committee handles the affairs and decisions behind the organisation of the upcoming PACTRIMS meeting. The Executive Committee, meanwhile, coordinates the day-to-day running of ongoing issues such as membership and society direction. PACTRIMS is also divided into three Regional Committees: East Asia, Southeast Asia and Pacific.

Normal membership is open to neurologists, other health professionals and scientists, with an interest in MS, who reside in the Asia / Pacific region.
