Group Registration

A minimum of 10pax is required for group registration.

Group registrations must be paid for via bank transfer only. If you are unable to pay via bank transfer, please register your delegates individually for payment via PayPal or credit card.

All bank charges are to be borne by the payee.

Please download the group registration form HERE and send it to secretariat@pactrims.org with the following information for the invoice:

1) Name of Contact Person

2) Contact Person’s Email

3) Company Name

4) Company Address

 

Terms & Conditions

  1. Registration rates are inclusive of the Welcome Reception(1 Nov), Presidential Dinner and Lunch(2 Nov).
  2. Early Bird registration will close on 21 September, 2018, 23:59 GMT+8. Thereafter, the Regular conference rate will apply. Online registration will close on 19 October, 2018, 23:59 GMT+8.
  3. If you have an accompanying guest who is not attending the Congress, you may choose to purchase tickets to the Welcome Reception and/or Presidential Dinner separately. Please select the appropriate options during registration.
  4. Cancellation is permitted within 60 days from the date of your payment. We will only refund 50% of your registration fee.
  5. There will be no refund for cancellation after 19 October, 2018.
  6. Please ensure that your name is correct before submission. Each name change after submission will incur a USD 50 charge. Please ensure that your name is spelt correctly.
  7. The registration rates and registration periods are subject to change without notice.
