- *These rates only apply to practising Registrars, Medical Officers, Pharmacists, Nurses and Allied Healthcare Professionals. Retired professionals are not eligible for the special rates. A letter of endorsement on official stationery signed by the supervisor must be uploaded online during registration. Please have it ready before registration.
